On 14 September 2021, a platform dubbed Ministry of External Relations (MINREX) - Cameroon National Shippers' Council (CNSC) platform saw the light of day in the Ministry of External Relations. It is responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the institutional strategic partnership between the CNSC and the Commonwealth Investment and Enterprise Council (CWEIC).

The platform is chaired by the Minister Delegate in charge of Cooperation with the Commonwealth, H.E. Felix Mbayu with Mr. Auguste Mbappe Penda, CNSC General Manager as Vice-Chairman.  It is made up of several public administrations, notably the Presidency of the Republic, the Prime Minister's Office, government ministries, and socio-professional organisations such as GICAM.
