The General Manager of the Cameroon National Shippers’ Council (CNSC) hereby informs road transporters, freight forwarders, truck drivers and other business persons that the CNSC Ngoulentang Trucker Accommodation Centre will go operational as from Friday, 14 October 2022.

 

The CNSC Ngoulentang Trucker Accommodation Centre is located along the Douala/Kribi-Bangui, Douala/Kribi-Ndjamena road corridors precisely between Awaé and Ayos (7 kilometres from Ayos) in Mengang Subdivision, Nyong and Mfoumou Division in the Centre Region.

 

The CNSC Ngoulentang Trucker Accommodation Centre is a logistics base for cross-border trade actors moving goods to or from geographically disadvantaged countries namely the Republic of Chad and the Central African Republic.

 

Built on a 5-hectare surface area, the CNSC Ngoulentag trucker facility provides a modern and secure living and working environment for users and their goods.

The Centre offers the following facilities:

  • a parking lot for 500 trucks;
  • a guesthouse;
  • an eatery;
  • a market area;
  • a mosque;
  • a borehole;
  • a power generator;
  • an administrative block ;
  • Watchtowers.
