New! New! New!
To ensure that its visitors enjoy the festive season to the full, the Douala Maritime Museum will be opening its newest attraction from 15 December 2023: the Storm Room and the history of the Sawa people through the legend of MALOBE.
The Storm Room is a high-tech 3D imaging simulator which allows the occupants of the canoes to experience sailing on the high seas, with all the meteorological effects, canoe and wave movements, strong winds, splashing water, lightning and fog.
This new Storm Room acquired by the Cameroon National Shippers' Council (CNSC) and to be installed at the Douala Maritime Museum comes to add to the museum's recently acquired Maritime Navigation Simulator.
Visit the Douala Maritime Museum and enjoy its new attractions!
