The Douala Maritime Museum was buzzing for the second time this festive season with games, fun-filled activities and Christmas colours. Over a hundred children gathered there this 30 December 2023 to participate in activities organised as part of the "Christmas at the Douala Maritime Museum" concept, holding its 9th session this year.
These kids, between the ages of 3 and 15, took the opportunity to show off their skills and talents in a variety of disciplines, including singing and dancing. The youngsters were also thrilled by "the hunter and the lion" puppet show, which had as moral the importance of showing gratitude.
The Service Head of the Douala Maritime Museum, Mr Patrice Ekwalla, extended best wishes for the year 2024 to the kids as he handed out their gifts. The General Manager of the CNSC was represented at the event by Mr Théodore Roger Dippah Kayesse, who oversaw the coordination of all these activities and invited the children and their parents to visit the various exhibitions of the Douala Maritime Museum.
