On Thursday, 5 March 2026, the General Manager of the Cameroon National Shippers' Council (CNSC), Mr. Auguste Mbappe Penda, and the Rector of the University of Ebolowa (UEB), Professor Jean Bosco Etoa Etoa, signed a framework agreement between their two institutions during a ceremony at the Rectorate of the University of Ebolowa; a commitment witnessed by staff from both institutions.
The twin objective of this partnership agreement is to boost the professionalization of education and to effectively facilitate the integration of university students into the job market.
"The transport, logistics, and international trade sector, although rich in opportunities, requires discipline, rigor, integrity, innovation, and a sense of responsibility,” Mr. Auguste Mbappe Penda noted in his remarks. The CNSC, in signing this agreement, is offering its expertise to students hoping to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and the practical realities of the sector.
The signing of this framework agreement goes beyond mere formality to foster closer collaboration between public administrative bodies and state universities. For the CNSC and UEB, this agreement reflects their shared vision for a higher education system anchored on national realities and focused on the professional aptitudes of students.
