The General Manager of the Cameroon National Shippers’ Council (CNSC) hereby informs shippers, especially importers, ship-owners, carriers, ships’ agents, freight forwarders and other maritime sector actors of the following:
- Effective from Thursday, 15 October 2020, the issuance of the Regularisation Electronic Cargo Tracking Note (ECTN) will be completely dematerialised, requiring that shippers sign digitally and effect electronic payment either by bank transfers or mobile phone that are already available.
- Shippers wishing to establish regularisation ECTNs are welcome to download a model of the account opening form from the platform, or collect copies thereof from CNSC’s Operations Service on the 4th floor.
