CAMEROON NATIONAL
SHIPPERS' COUNCIL

The Union of African Shippers’ Councils (UASC) with headquarters in Douala, Cameroon, shall hold the ordinary session of its Steering Committee meeting from 8 to 9 July 2026 in the Training Hall of the Cameroon National Shippers’ Council (CNSC) located on the 11th floor of the IGH building at the Centre des Affaires Maritimes, Douala - Bonanjo.

         Deliberations shall focus on: 

  • The examination and adoption of the progress report of the resolutions from the Steering Committee meeting of 13 and 14 November 2025 in Lome, Togo;
  • The examination and adoption of the mid-term activity report of UASC’s Secretary General;
  • The examination and adoption of the mid-term 2026 report on the execution of the 2026 budget;
  • The presentation of the mid-term report of UASC’s Statutory Treasurer as at 31 May 2026.

      These sessions shall be attended by about ten General Managers of all African Shippers’ Councils and shall be followed by five (5) statements from the following member councils: The Ghana Shippers’ Authority (GSA); the Multimodal Freight Management Office (OGEFREM) of the Democratic Republic of Congo, the Senegalese Shippers’ Council (COSEC); the Burkinabe Shippers’ Council (CBC) and, 

the holding of the 3rd edition of the L OGITER International Forum and Trade Show on the theme: “Transport and Logistics Economy: Strategic Lever for Africa’s Developmentfrom 20 to 22 October 2026 in Casablanca, Morocco.
