CAMEROON NATIONAL
SHIPPERS' COUNCIL

The General Manager of the Cameroon National Shippers' Council (CNSC) hereby informs small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) about the launch of the TradeRoots Africa competition, an initiative of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Centre of Entrepreneurship aimed at supporting 1,000 African SMEs in their growth and expansion across the continent, to further the implementation of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA).

This programme seeks to enhance the knowledge, skills, tools and business networks of African companies, enabling them to leverage the opportunities offered by intra-African trade. Selected SMEs will receive tailored support in areas such as market access and trade information, business network and partnership development, trade finance, logistics, customs procedures, and transportation.

The competition is open to African SMEs which have been in operation for at least twenty-four (24) months and have a minimum annual turnover of five thousand (5,000) US dollars, approximately two million eight hundred and thirty-three thousand six hundred and ninety-one (2,833,691) CFA francs. These companies must offer a product or service with strong potential in African or international markets, be majority-owned by Africans, and be established in an AfCFTA member country with an active national ICC committee.

Interested companies are invited to submit their applications between the
1st and 30th of September 2026 via the following link: https://events2go.iccwbo.org/event/traderoots-africa-registration
