The General Manager of the Cameroon National Shippers' Council (CNSC) hereby informs all CNSC partners (shippers, port agents, ship-owners, ship’s agents etc) that following recent changes effected at the CNSC, Mr. Tsaguim Donfack Elvis is CNSC’s new Director of Operations and Projects.
Mr. Tsaguim Donfack Elvis who can be contacted on (237) 674 15 02 02 or (237) 655 76 34 04 is the only CNSC focal point on issues relating to the Electronic Cargo Tracking Note (ECTN).
