CAMEROON NATIONAL
SHIPPERS' COUNCIL

The General Manager of the Cameroon National Shippers' Council (CNSC) hereby informs shippers and business persons in the cocoa and coffee sector that the National Forum on the European Union Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) will hold on 15 July 2025 at the Hilton Hotel in Yaoundé as from 8:00 a.m. prompt.

This strategic forum, organised prior to the entry into force of the EUDR on 31 December 2025, seeks to adequately prepare local stakeholders for the new requirements of the European market.

The forum will provide a platform for discussion and knowledge sharing, enabling participants to:

• Gain an in-depth understanding of EUDR requirements;

• Discover national compliance strategies;

• Engage in dialogue with institutional, technical and business stakeholders.

The massive participation of stakeholders in the cocoa and coffee value chain is highly anticipated to ensure a smooth transition towards sustainable production that meets international standards.
