CAMEROON NATIONAL
SHIPPERS' COUNCIL

The Cameroon National Shippers' Council (CNSC) took part in the round-table discussion held on London’s business centres, organised by the Commonwealth Enterprise and Investment Council (CWEIC) on 9 September 2026 at Guildhall.

Alongside senior government officials and business leaders, Mr. Auguste Mbappe Penda, CNSC's General Manager and Chairman of CWEIC's Cameroon-Gabon-Togo-Sierra Leone Regional Hub, was part of the high-level Cameroonian delegation.

Discussions focused primarily on health, security, cross-border trade, oil, energy and the environment, with a view to improving risk management, strengthening business resilience and exploring new investment opportunities.

Chaired by the Mayor of London, Dame Susan Langley, this meeting took place against the backdrop of a global economic context marked by numerous challenges. Other participants at the meeting included delegates from Guernsey, Western Australia, Togo and Sierra Leone.
