CAMEROON NATIONAL
SHIPPERS' COUNCIL

A delegation of Indian businessmen having gained membership into the Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) were received in Yaoundé today, 20 September 2024, by the Prime Minister, Head of Government, H.E. Chief Dr Joseph Dion Ngute.

Discussions at the meeting essentially focused on potential sectors of interest to Indian companies. This CII delegation was accompanied to the Star Building by Mr. Auguste Mbappe Penda, General Manager of the Cameroon National Shippers' Council (CNSC) and Chairman of the Commonwealth Enterprise and Investment Council (CWEIC) Hub for Cameroon, Gabon and Togo.

The Indian trade mission to Yaoundé is the culmination of a series of discussions between the CII and CWEIC geared towards attracting Indian investors to Cameroon.
