The Cameroon National Shippers' Council (CNSC) is taking part in the Economic Actors' and Local Development Fair (SAEDEL) taking place in Kribi from 3 to 11 December 2022 under the theme "The Challenges of Local Economies and National Development."

 

At the opening ceremony of the exhibition fair today 5 December 2022, Mr. Younouss Soungui, CNSC Deputy General Manager on behalf of Mr. Auguste Mbappe Penda, CNSC General Manager, welcomed Mr. Felix Nguele Nguele, Governor of the South Region and personal representative of the Minister of Decentralisation and Local Development, Mr. George Elanga Obam, to CNSC's exhibition stand.

 

After a brief presentation of the CNSC and the identification of various towns hosting CNSC trade facilitation infrastructures such as Douala, Kribi, Tiko, Ngoulentang, Kousseri, Garoua Boulai, Demsa and Kyé Ossi, Mr. Younouss Soungui further highlighted awareness-raising and outreach activities organised by the CNSC on trade procedures at border crossings.

 

The Governor of the South Region congratulated the CNSC for its active engagement through such integrative and job-creating projects. The special representative of the Minister of Decentralisation and his entire delegation left the CNSC’s stand visibly satisfied.
