CAMEROON NATIONAL
SHIPPERS' COUNCIL

From 1 December 2024, ECTNs will no longer be issued for groupage freight. This was announced in a release signed on 12 September 2024 by Mr. Auguste Mbappe Penda, General Manager of the Cameroon National Shippers' Council (CNSC).

Each unit of the groupage freight will have to establish an ECTN using the sub-house BL and other relevant documents. This measure is in keeping with the customs requirement for tracking Cameroon's imports and exports.
