Kye-Ossi, a tri-border town between Cameroon, Gabon and Equatorial Guinea, has been hosting the 16th edition of the Annual Central African Cross-Border Fair (FOTRAC) since 17 July 2025.
On the sidelines of this sub-regional economic, trade, artisanal and cultural event, FEICOM and CEMAC organised a special session on 25 July 2025 in Kye-Ossi, to which the Cameroon National Shippers' Council (CNSC) was invited as a key speaker.
During this workshop, Mr. Dippah Kayesse, Head of CNSC’s Communications and Public Relations Division, delivered a presentation on CNSC trucker accommodation centres, which are considered a key lever for local economic development.
Other invitees on the panel included mayors and public institutions such as MINDDEVEL, MINEPAT, FEICOM and the sub-regional body – CEMAC. These institutions participated in various discussions, highlighting the contributions of FEICOM and CEMAC to Cameroon’s development, and that of its road corridors.
