Bangui, capital city of the Central African Republic, is hosting an outreach workshop on port procedures for goods transiting through the port of Douala-Bonaberi to the Central African Republic. The workshop started on 9 June 2022 and mainly targets stakeholders of the traffic chain along the Douala-Bangui corridor.

The workshop is organised by PAD's (Port Authority of Douala) office in Bangui under the patronage of the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation assisted by the Minister in charge of improving the business climate.

Moderated by the Deputy Director of the Port Authority of Douala, the workshop and eventual discussions will serve as an initiation to the mastery of procedures by persons whose goods transit through the port of Douala-Bonabéri, thanks to a better understanding of required operations. The workshop will also help improve the services offered while enabling our Central African partners to make better use of the facilities put in place by the Port Authority of Douala and the National Port Community.
