Ahead of the foundation stone-laying ceremony for the CNSC Ngaoundere Trucker Accommodation Centre, the General Manager of the Cameroon National Shippers' Council (CNSC), Mr. Auguste Mbappe Penda, was received in audience today, 23 October 2023, by administrative and traditional authorities of Ngaoundere.

 

His delegation comprised of Mr. Younouss Soungui, CNSC Deputy General Manager, and Mr. Halidou Bello, Secretary General at the Cameroon Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Crafts. The latter also happens to be a member of the CNSC Board of Directors.

 

At all these audiences, the General Manager of the CNSC disclosed the reasons for the presence of such a huge delegation in Ngaoundere, which was there to launch works for the construction of a CNSC trucker facility.

 

It all began at the office of the Governor of the Adamawa Region, where the Governor, Mr. Kildadi Taguieke, pledged his support and availability for the success of the foundation stone-laying ceremony scheduled for tomorrow 24 October at Tchabal Djalingo.

 

For his part, the Senior Divisional Officer for Vina Division, Mr. Alienou Awounfac, congratulated the CNSC for its vision to construct this trade facilitation infrastructure which will serve the interests of cross-border traders.
