The General Manager of the Cameroon National Shippers' Council (CNSC) hereby informs shippers, licensed customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers and other business persons that the mandatory establishment of Electronic Cargo Tracking Notes (ECTN) for shipments in transit has been suspended until further notice.
This measure is consistent with the recommendations made at the most recent Chad-Cameroon-Central African Republic tripartite forum and aims to ensure more fluid traffic flow, whilst guaranteeing cargo traceability.
