SHIPPERS' COUNCIL

Organised under the high patronage of the Prime Minister, Head of Government, the opening ceremony of the 2023 edition of the Trade Fair for Government Action was presided over today, 24 July 2023, by the Minister of Communication, Mr. Rene Emmanuel Sadi, personal representative of the Prime Minister. In attendance were a number of government authorities, diplomats and representatives of institutions of the public sector.

 

In line with the theme of this 12th edition "Infrastructural Development and Structural Transformation of Cameroon's Economy", public works minister Emmanuel Nganou Djoumessi seized the occasion to present a detailed account of Cameroon’s infrastructural developments towards the realisation of earmarked projects under the National Development Strategy 2020-2030 for Cameroon’s structural transformation and inclusive development.

 

A musical interlude by renowned Cameroonian guitarist Otto Marcelin preceded the inaugural speech of the Communication Minister, Mr. Rene Emmanuel Sadi, who declared the 2023 edition of the Trade Fair for Government Action officially open to the public.
