Located in Kousseri in the Far North Region and about 500 meters from the Cameroon-Chad border near N’djamena, the foundation stone of the facility was laid in February  2018. Works at the facility have been completed and the CNSC Kousseri Trucker Accommodation Centre officially opened its doors to users on the 27 of September 2023.

It covers a 5-ha surface area and comprises:

- A secure parking lot that can hold 250 trucks ;

- An administrative block ;

- A borehole with a water tank;

- An eatery;

- A modern rest house;

- A truck maintenance platform;

- A prayer ground (Mosque) ;

- External toilets;

- A power generator;

- A fence with a sentry box.
