The celebration of the 40th edition of International Women's Rights Day (IWD) today, 8 March 2025, reached its climax at the Beseke boulevard in Douala.
Numerous were the spectators and ladies who turned out to witness the impressive parade presided over by the Governor of the Littoral region, Mr. Samuel Dieudonné Ivaha Diboua. He was assisted by heads of public administrations and private companies based in Douala.
The applaud that accompanied the parading CNSC Ladies prompted the General Manager of the Cameroon National Shippers' Council (CNSC), Mr. Auguste Mbappe Penda, to a standing ovation; visibly happy to see his collaborators march past the grandstand with bright faces.
