CNSC on knowledge-sharing mission at the Central African Shippers' Council (CCAC)
Since 14 March 2022, some senior executives of the Cameroon National Shippers' Council (CNSC) have been holding capacity building workshops with CCAC staff in Bangui, Central African Republic.
Owing to the recommendations of the Union of African Shippers' Councils (UASC), this visit is in essence an opportunity for the CNSC to share its experience in providing assistance to shippers and managing application systems with its next-door sister council. It is important to note that the CCAC, created in 1979, only resumed activities in 2015, after some 23 years of hibernation.
CNSC's delegation working in Bangui from 14 to 19 March was granted audience by Cameroon's ambassador to CAR. The delegation is made up of Fernand Douglas Nolga, Head of the CNSC Centre Regional Office in Yaoundé, Wilfried Deugjui, Head of the Development and Applications Unit and Aïcha Maliki, Chief of Service for Assistance to Importers.
