CAMEROON NATIONAL
SHIPPERS' COUNCIL

On Wednesday, 18 February 2026, the General Manager of the Cameroon National Shippers’ Council (CNSC), Mr. Auguste Mbappe Penda, undertook other visits to public authorities based in Kousseri in the Far North Region.

The General Manager and his delegation were received by the following personalities: the Commander of the Second Gendarmerie Legion for the Logone and Chari, the Commissioner at the Central Police Station, the Secretary General of the Mayor and the Divisional Officer for Kousseri.

During these meetings, discussions focused on the poor parking of trucks along roads in Kousseri, the enhancement of cross-border trade and on safety at the borders and along road corridors.

These discussions all fall in line with Cameroon's National Development Strategy 2020-2030. The various encounters aim to promote regional integration and boost the competitiveness of Cameroon's economy.
