In the run-up to the celebration of the 139th edition of International Labour Day, staff of the Cameroon National Shippers' Council (CNSC) launched activities marking Workers' Week on 24 April 2025.
The CNSC training hall was the venue for an awareness-raising workshop on the theme of this year's celebration, "Social dialogue and decent work: for a serene Cameroon".
This awareness session held in Douala was attended by CNSC staff and led by Mrs Adèle Massem, Expert and Regional Labour Inspector for the Littoral region.
The session enabled CNSC staff to better understand the importance and benefits of social dialogue at the workplace, as well as many other aspects of life in a professional setting.
