In the run-up to the celebration of the 138th International Labour Day, staff at the head office of the Cameroon National Shippers’ Council (CNSC) took part in a team-building exercise.
Held on 25 April 2024 in Douala, the activity had as main objective to consolidate team spirit, improve internal cohesion and stimulate a sense of innovation among staff. The session was coordinated by Lucrece Cheguen Djilo, Ines Fabrice Djopkap and Gaëlle Tchoutou, experts from the coaching firm Extend Your Horizons (EXYOHRI).
This great moment of communion saw CNSC staff build castles out of pasta, illustrating the age-old saying "unity is strength".
Among the upcoming activities organised by the CNSC to mark International Labour Day celebrations will be an awareness-raising day on infectious diseases and a sports walk.
