CAMEROON NATIONAL
SHIPPERS' COUNCIL

In the run-up to the celebration of the 140th edition of International Labour Day on 1 May 2026, staff representatives of the Cameroon National Shippers' Council (CNSC) organised a team-building session Thursday, 23 April 2026, at the head office building. The session, themed ‘Teamwork for Performance’, was coordinated by Mrs. Lucrèce Chéguen Djilo and Mrs. Fabrice Inès Djopkap, two experts in coaching and capacity building.

Participants were divided into four groups and engaged in a series of fun yet educational activities to improve their teamwork skills. For the coaches, a company's success depends on two key factors: team dynamics and communication. “The team is a chain and every link is important; interaction between team members promotes greater social cohesion,” Mrs. Lucrèce Chéguen Djilo reminded the participants.

With the transformation of the CNSC into a public corporation, this training primarily aims to prepare staff for greater efficiency with the new status and marks the start of many other activities scheduled throughout Workers’ Week to mark this year’s edition of International Labour Day.
