The third of a series of consultation meetings organised by the Cameroon National Shippers' Council (CNSC) took place today, 12 May 2022. It brought to the table shippers of brewing products sector and transporters' unions.
This meeting, just like the two previous ones with stakeholders of the livestock and wood sectors, was chaired by the CNSC Deputy General Manager, Mr. Younouss Soungui, and equally focused on the establishment of minimum applicable fares for the transport of brewery products.
Discussions at the session were quite fruitful and another meeting is scheduled for 25 May at the CNSC to further discuss on the subject.
The sectoral consultation meetings continue tomorrow, 13 May 2022 with stakeholders of the cash crop sector.
