SHIPPERS' COUNCIL

The District Officer of the Mengang District, Mrs. Nadine Valerie Zo'obo Afane, officially opened the 2nd edition of the Ngoulentang periodic market on 28 November 2024, at the CNSC Ngoulentang trucker facility, in the presence of local administrative authorities and a host of guests. The event was attended by Mr. Owono Bob Philippe Olivier, CNSC Centre Regional Branch Manager and personal representative of the General Manager.

The presidents of the Networks of Mengang and Endom Women's Associations (RAFAM) and other locals contributed greatly to the success of this second edition by mobilising the local population. Renewed gratitude was addressed to Mr. Auguste Mbappe Penda, CNSC's General Manager, for this initiative. The Ngoulentang Periodic Market, held on the last Thursday of every month, is a great opportunity offered by the CNSC to women's associations in the Nyong et Mfoumou division to sell their natural or processed products.
