On 21 February 2024, there was a massive turnout of SME promoters at CNSC’s stand for Day 2 of the thematic workshop sessions organised by the Cameroon National Shippers' Council (CNSC) at PROMOTE.
Under the coordination of Mrs. Claire Takouchop, CNSC’s Director of Assistance to Shippers, the session focused on several themes, including: how to export under AfCFTA, CNSC support measures for exporters, and the importance of packaging in international trade.
Conducted in the form of educational and awareness-raising talks, the sessions were led by Mrs. Claire Onana Takouchop, Director of Assistance to Shippers; Mrs. Oumoul Abdoulaye, Deputy Director of Assistance to Shippers; Mrs. Armelle Makasso, Service Head for Export Assistance; and Miss Laetitia Minsinze, Service Head for Import Assistance.
Vividly satisfied with the different presentations, these SME Promoters seized the opportunity to present their products to participants and shared some of their difficulties hoping to receive assistance tailored to their specific needs
