CAMEROON NATIONAL
SHIPPERS' COUNCIL

The General Manager of the Cameroon National Shippers' Council (CNSC) hereby informs cocoa exporters that, in accordance with Service Note No.516/MINFI/DGD of
11 September 2024 signed by the Director General of Customs, all cocoa shipments intended for export enroute or on their way to land and maritime border points must be accompanied by the following documents:

- Receipts of payment of the autonomous export duty corresponding to the volume of cocoa beans transported and the related agricultural levies or royalties;

- The pre-assessment form;

- The assessment slip;

- The phytosanitary certificate;

- The stuffing or loading certificate;

- The consignment note for exports by land, or the export manifest for exports by waterways.

 

Sector stakeholders are hereby invited to contact the competent administrations for any additional information.
