The General Manger of the Port Authority of Douala hereby announces that any shipper wishing to get a discount on their PAD parking ticket fines should submit an application file comprising:

1. A written application bearing a 1000 FCFA fiscal stamp;
2. Shipper’s (person applying for exoneration) active telephone number;
3. Stevedore’s proforma invoice;
4. Bill of lading concerning the shipment in question;
5. PAD invoice and receipt;
6. Customs declaration (for goods in transit to CAR and Chad).

This release should be given the widest publicity.
