CAMEROON NATIONAL
SHIPPERS' COUNCIL

Following the official opening ceremony of the Trade Fair for Government Action presided over by communication minister Rene Emmanuel Sadi on 24 July 2023, the minister led the delegation comprised of government authorities and other stakeholders of the public sector to visit the various exhibition stands.

The minister was received at the stand of the Cameroon National Shippers’ Council by a dynamic team led by CNSC’s Director for Communication and Public Relations, Mr. Christopher Agwagwa. The latter briefed the delegation on the missions and projects of the CNSC, especially on the construction of infrastructure with a view to facilitate transport and promote Cameroon’s foreign trade. Precisions were also made on the effective presence of the CNSC in 8 of the 10 regions of Cameroon.

This visit was equally an opportunity to make known CNSC’s significant role in the implementation of the AfCFTA (African Continental Free Trade Area) Guided Trade Initiative and the services of the Commonwealth business office dubbed CWEIC Hub for Cameroon and Gabon, currently located at CNSC’s head office building in Douala.
