For the second successive year, the Cameroon National Shippers' Council (CNSC) took part in the major networking event for female entrepreneurs dubbed Shetrades Outlook Cameroon, held on 26 and 27 March 2024 in Yaoundé.
Coordinated by the Ministry of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, Social Economy and Handicrafts, this event was organised in line with the implementation of the SHETRADES OUTLOOK CAMEROON enterprise project under the theme "Improving product quality: a competitive challenge for women-owned businesses, for better access to opportunities on the national and international market."
On behalf of the CNSC, Mrs. Françoise Belibi Makasso - Service Head for Export Assistance at the CNSC, delivered a presentation titled, "Know your target, understand your market: the key to better access national and international opportunities".
The official opening ceremony was chaired by Mr. Achille Basilekin III, Minister of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, Social Economy and Handicrafts. The event which brought together a host of businesswomen culminated in a number of recommendations made to the Government and to female entrepreneurs.
