The Secretary General of the Ministry of Transport, MVEIMANI SOMBO AMBA, Representative of the MINT, chaired, this Wednesday, July 21, 2021, at the headquarters of the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA), the official presentation ceremony of two ISO 9001/2015 certificates to the said institution, in following the certification of Bafoussam-Bamougoum airport and the Air Safety Department of the Aeronautical Authority.

The following were present at this ceremony: the Director General of the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA), the Head of the Civil Aviation Division, the representative of the Director General of ANOR, the Director General of the certification body, SGS, representatives of organizations specializing in civil aviation safety.

Since May 2016, the top management of the CCAA has been committed to a quality approach according to the ISO 9001/2015 standard. The delivery, by the company SGS, of these two certificates testifies to the will of the State of Cameroon to provide air safety supervision services meeting international standards.
