Abdurahman Abba Kafougou elected UASC Secretary General at the end of the 13th General Assembly on 10 May 2023 in Dakar

Hailing from the Republic of Niger, the newly elected Secretary General of the Union of African Shippers' Councils (UASC) is an expert in international trade and business management. With over 22 years of experience working for the Niger Council of Public Transport Users (CNUT), he occupied several positions including that of Director of the Trade and Transport Facilitation Observatory.
