CAMEROON NATIONAL
SHIPPERS' COUNCIL

The second edition of the Douala Economic Forum organised by Project Impact Economique under the patronage of the Douala City Council ended today 27 May 2022. The event, which had as theme “Financing and Partnership for the Emergence of the Economic Capital” started on 24 May and brought together economic strongholds of the city of Douala such as CNSC, PAD, SCDP just to name a few.

Hoping to contribute in the attainment of Cameroon’s move towards emergence by 2035, the Douala City Council found appealing the idea to create a forum which shall bring together business persons from different corners of Cameroon’s economic capital, with the intention of creating opportunities for partnerships and financing.

In the same light, the Cameroon National Shippers’ Council (CNSC), resolved to contribute to the realisation of this shared objective through the development of the transport sector, was present at the event to inform the business population on its key missions. It was equally an opportunity for participants to get first-hand information and the various projects carried out by the CNSC to promote trade in Cameroon, Africa and the world at large.
