Today, 1 August 2025, the General Manager of the Cameroon National Shippers' Council (CNSC), Mr. Auguste Mbappe Penda, officially installed the new Chief of the CNSC South Regional Office, Mr. Samuel Minka Mi Taba, who was appointed by decision of the Board of Directors on 12 June 2025.
The event took place in Kribi in the presence of the General Manager of the Port Authority of Kribi, Mr. Patrice Melom, the Chief of the South Customs Sector, Mr. Norbert Belinga, and representatives of other institutions involved in Cameroon's foreign trade operations.
In his address, Mr. Auguste Mbappe Penda highlighted the strategic importance of the city of Kribi in Cameroon's foreign trade. Praising the work accomplished over the past nine years by the outgoing manager, Mr. Georges Eteta, now on retirement, CNSC's General Manager is confident that the new Regional Manager will carry on the good work.
The ceremony ended with a lunch hosted by CNSC's Management, on the sidelines of which was a symbolic celebration marking the 10th anniversary of the CNSC's Regional Office in the South Region.
