CAMEROON NATIONAL
SHIPPERS' COUNCIL

Today, 27 June 2023, the headquarters of the Union of African Shippers' Councils (UASC) hosted the handover ceremony between the outgoing Technical Director, Mr. Gohugo Bruno, in office since 2018, and the incoming Technical Director, Mr. Cumba Dinamuene Constantino. The Angolan national was appointed for a four-year (04) term of office.

The ceremony was presided by UASC Secretary General, Mr. Giscard Lilian Ogoula, in the presence of Mr. Auguste Mbappe Penda, General Manager of the Cameroon National Shippers' Council and UASC Statutory Treasurer, and of Mr. Simao Mateus Antonio Francisco, Board member of the Angolan Cargo and Logistics Regulatory Agency (ARCCLA).

It was before an entire audience and with much gratitude that the outgoing Technical Director, Mr. Gohugo Bruno, passed over the mantle of office to his successor, whom he cloaked with invaluable advice.

This handover ceremony comes shortly after the recent appointment of the new Technical Director at the UASC Steering Committee meeting held from 9 to 11 May 2023 in Dakar, Senegal.
