A delegation from the Cameroon National Shippers' Council (CNSC) has been in Ndjamena, Republic of Chad, since 20 March 2023 for a working session with the Chadian Shippers' Council. The delegation is composed of Messrs. Nolga Fernand Douglas, Head of the Central Regional Office and Ngassa Kengne Hermann, Deputy Director of Statistics and Transport Observatory.
The working session comes within the framework of preparatory activities for the implementation of the regional project to enhance the performance of the Douala - Ndjamena rail/road corridor funded by the World Bank. The two parties are in the process of developing an action plan on shared activities that could facilitate cargo transit by road along the corridor.
