SHIPPERS' COUNCIL

On 14 November 2023, a delegation of Russian students from the North Eastern Federal University (NEFU) of YAKURSK, in the Russian Federation, a partner of the University of Douala, visited the Douala Maritime Museum.

 

Guided by the museum's staff, the delegation was shown various objects retracing Cameroon's maritime history and the customs of coastal tribes. During their visit, the museum's guests praised the initiative to create such a project and its importance for future generations.
