In order to accomplish its mission to assist shippers, the CNSC carries out a multitude of actions every day for the benefit of importers and exporters, with a view to promoting trade. These actions include the communication of ship arrival information, reception and orientation of business persons and other port users regarding various port procedures, the daily monitoring of longing-stay cargoes at the port, the assisting shippers, taking actions to ensure port decongestion and trade facilitation.
